Daniel Parry
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel is an industry professional with leadership experience in both operational and commercial roles.
Specializing in strategy and contracting methodologies, Daniel advises senior clients on main contract procurement, organizational efficiency, and commercial matters.
He brings over 15 years of experience, having supported clients in the rail, highways, demolition, and Power Generation industries, as well as managing projects in the defense sector. His international exposure extends to the UK, USA, and Canada.
A keen skier and martial artist, Daniel currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Jess.

Roger Wood
Operations Director
After almost three decades in the industry, there is little Roger hasn't seen.
His leadership across highways, demolition, rail and utilities has led to exceptional outcomes for clients—especially in progressive contracting models.
His journey began in the early days of the development in the NEC, one of the world's first truly progressive forms of contract, and he has led projects from its inception in the 1990s, to its current NEC4 iteration. Thorough and affable, his approach ensures clients feel supported to act on his sage advice.
A devoted father and fervent follower of his beloved Luton Town Football Club, Roger lives in Altrincham, England.

Mike McCarron
Commercial Director
Michael leads our Commercial team in matters from procurement to final account.
Having initially trained as an accountant, it’s no surprise Michael has built a fierce reputation as a master of numbers. His industry experience extends across Highways and Utilities, with Michael's intimate knowledge of supply chain dynamics, commercial assurance, and financial controls ensuring his clients budgets are properly managed.
His dependable nature and commercial astuteness mean that Michael's advice can be leveraged by his clients to ensure the very best commercial results.
A father of two and a lover of sports, Michael lives in Uttoxeter, England with his family.

Executive Assistant
Leann plays a key support role for our leaders and integrating our team’s efforts.
With extensive experience across administrative management and digital media, she ensures smooth communication between clients and Civex personnel while handling the critical tasks that give our team the space to do their best work.
Leann also manages the demanding schedules of our leadership team and maintains our digital presence, keeping a seamless flow of information that drives our projects forward.
In her free time, Leann enjoys roller skating and jiu jitsu. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
